The drive we are using today is a OWC Aura for the MacBook Pro that has been provided by the company. Newer Thunderbolt 2 MacBook Pros use a PCI-E SSD, which while would use the same process, do not yet have a replacement part available. This works with the 20 MacBook Pros with the identifier of MacBookPro10,1 for the 15″ and MacBookPro10,2 for the smaller 13″ with a SATA based SSD.
